Wall Street Journal Says Brooklyn Side Under Bridge “Dumbo” Area is Hot for Tech Start-Up Businesses

Downtown Brooklyn, NYC – December 20, 2011    According to the scoop by the WSJ Dumbo is not just hot for artists and start-up techie businesses and innovative small ad agencies but a new zip code for an incubator for Polytechnic Institute of New York University (NYU) potentially housing 20 new companies.

Your NYC  Transit subway stop is towards (Downtown Brooklyn) exactly its, York & Jay Street and your zip code is 11201. Dumbo is a lot of fun too. Its like hitting a “pause” button while in the middle of the NYC. It’s a great small area with industrial residential lofts and great places to eat, drink, enjoy movies and live entertainment tucked romantically under the Brooklyn Bridge. It started in popularity after 911 when even some young Manhattan dwellers moved one stop over from Manhattan over the famous bridge to the downtown area of Brooklyn and it has blossomed ever since into an eclectic urban center — not to miss if you haven’t been there yet.
