North Carolina: 7th Annual NC Black Summit Sets Model and Agenda for 2012 and Beyond

The North Carolina Alliance of Black Elected Officials and Advocacy Organizations are convening for their 7th Annual North Carolina Black Summit in Raleigh from April 26-26th with the theme “Free to Thrive: Economic Empowerment in the Black Community”.

The community leader, humanitarian and political strategist, Brad Thompson is always busy. The agenda is extensive with remembrance of the late Ralph Campbell former State Controller, breakfasts, lunches and dinners, concerts and sessions are presided over by chairman, Mayor Fred Yates

The opening a charge was sealed by North Carolina’s own veteran senator, Dan Blue and and sessions include education, political effectiveness, and healthcare.

Of course there is massive networking. It’s not too late to make it!
