Groovetrak Network News
I am thrilled to share our annual report, which highlights how ERDA and you are tackling poverty and changing lives. You can view the report here.
Together we have put more than 4,500 New Yorkers on a path to a brighter future. Men and women – most of them public housing residents – are taking control of their finances, saving for the future, and building their assets. And this year, thanks to you, approximately 800 men and women will find a job with help from ERDA.
I know you will be moved by the people whose lives you’ve touched. People like Constantina Hernandez, who is saving money at our credit union to pursue her dream of starting her own business. Or Dion Moore, who got laid off but found a good job through our career center. Or Christina Barron, an ERDA Scholar who grew up in public housing and is attending New York University on a full scholarship, the first in her family to go to college.
You can read their stories and those of others in our annual report here.
Once again, thank you. None of this would be possible without your support. As always, if you have any questions or comments about our work or would like to get more involved, please contact me at
firstname.lastname@example.org or 718-784-0877. I look forward to hearing from you.
All the best,
Bishop Mitchell G. Taylor
