Hon. Senator Jose Peralta cordially invites you to Caregiving:  A Labor of Love

– a forum focusing on the complexities of being a caregiver.

Join us on:

Saturday, May 17th at Elmhurst Hospital Center’s Auditorium A-1 from 10:00

AM to 1:30 PM. 

For your reference and use, I am sharing with you the event

flyer in English and Spanish.  Feel free to distribute and share the flyers

with anyone who may be interested.

Distinguished panelist will share their expertise and experience on issues

that are relevant to caregivers and their families.  This forum will

provide everyday steps and tips that will help make caregiving more

manageable with tools and resources that may be of assistance.

The panelists will be able to give answers related to caregiving, such as:

  What does being a Caregiver mean?

  What kind of legal help might I need?

  How can I get organized?
